10. Liability

10.1. In case of an unauthorised payment or a payment that was incorrectly executed due to an error by The Total Betting Club, The Total Betting Club shall at your request immediately refund the payment amount including all fees deducted there from. This shall not apply:

10.1.1. if you fail to promptly notify to us any loss of your password or other event that could reasonably be expected to have compromised the security of your Account after you have gained knowledge of such event and you shall remain liable for losses incurred up to your notification to us;

10.3. In case of any incorrect or misdirected payment, The Total Betting Club shall take reasonable measures to assist you with tracing and recovering such payments.

11. Termination and suspension

14. Complaints
